Jose was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of helping my parents purchase my Nissan Versa. I’m a return customer. I originally bought a Chevy equinox. The car was reliable and comfortable the entire time I owned it. I came back today for a slightly larger suv. The sales team was fast and helpful. The owner is down to earth and nice, not what you would expect necessarily, walking into a car lot. Anything they can do to earn and keep your business (reasonable requests) they’ll do. My vehicle had one slight crack in the window. They didn’t try and over look it, they didn’t refuse to address it. They went the extra mile and were able to get an expert out to repair it before I even left the lot (even though I was prepared to wait a day or two like a rational person). They try hard to get you the financing you need and offer options to get a cheaper rate in the future if necessary. As long as this place is open for business and the same staff and owner are operating it I will only be coming here for my vehicles. Thanks again guys, did plenty of joyriding in my Nissan today lol.
